katy - it could be any number of things, including the fact you don't have a lot to lose, but don't stress - seriously, cortisol is a huge factor in weight gain / loss.
Looking back over this thread, it certainly isn't what you ate - your daily menus look 100% OP. I saw your post about splitting the 8oz's - again, I am 100% alt-product / 90% OP, and do this all the time & have been fairly successful. I have a hard time at work going from 7a - 5:30p with only a pudding or RTD - it just wasn't working for me...The only time I switch up during the week is when I know we are eating out in the evening - usually Friday - and then I have a *mostly* free salad with a pudding or RTD so I can enjoy an 8oz filet, or crab legs / shrimp, etc...

100% alt-products

B - 2 hard boiled eggs, 2C black coffee
L - romaine, 1/2c mushrooms, 1/2c red peppers, 1/2c jicama, spritz of EVOO with a chocolate Premier Protein RTD
D - trying to get the hub's to go out lol - maybe an 8oz filet w/ 2C broccoli (hopefully!) - if not, 8oz chicken w/ curried cauliflower rice
S - chocolate mint pudding (proti thin)

B - IP pancakes with WF syrup, coffee with sprinkle of IP chocolate drink, WF creamer
L - IP packet potato purée - made a "wrap" out of it, stuffed with mixture of raw veggies (1 cup), 1 oz chicken and added WF honey Dijon dressing. It was great - tasted like bread! Also 1 cup mixed veggie salad.
D - first time eating out since starting on May 12th! Asparagus and zucchini app, seared sea scallops (three large, about 4 - 5 oz), mixture of veggies on side. Asked for little oil, but I could tell the overall meal had too much fat. Other than that, I was OP and it felt good to know I could stick with my plan - no bread, no cocktail, no dessert...black decaf!
S - back at home, IP dark chocolate pudding with a little WF chocolate syrup
