I'm new here, just starting today and thrilled to be here. Everything is going well so far and I'm not hungry between meals. I was just notified that tomorrow and Wednesday that I have to travel full days for work.
For those who travel, for Phase I, what are some of your strategies? I feel like the restricted piece is easy as I only have bars. For the non-restricted IP foods, I planned on bringing a powder shake, 2 oatmeals and chicken noodle soup. I'm hoping it's easy to find some hot water, etc.
Also, does anyone ever move all of their food protein to one meal? (8 oz at once, instead of 4 oz lunch, 4 oz dinner). I assume the only downside would be hunger, but if I'm busy working, I wouldn't notice it as much.
