So many cheery posts, this weekend! Friends being cool about helping friends stay OP, music festivals, sports games, people making progress toward their goals, and research projects about sweeteners! Yay!

♥ ♥ ♥

My own little addition to all of this is that I've made it to 500 "activity points" on my fitness tracker (roughly equivalent to 5000 steps, though it counts fast-walking and Zumba warm-up videos a little more than their actual number of steps) for seven straight days!

I'd better get outside soon if I want to make it to 8!

Have a beautiful Sunday, everyone!

Stayed OP - music was amazing! Got to see 2 new great bands - Gaelic Storm and Reel Big Fish.

The nasty illness is finally starting to clear up too
Way to go on staying OP with all that temptation. Glad you had a good time.

Completely agree with magpie, I'm glad everyone is in such great spirits this weekend! Nothing like some sun to show you how GREAT life can be, and some amazing friends and events to make you really want to LIVE it!

I have a ton of homework due tonight, but that's GREAT! Cause that means I'm just a little closer to finishing these classes! And I have two packets and dinner left to get me through the day! GOSH I love Sundays!

Briael - Thanks!! Didn't even want a beer - its too much fun commenting on the other drunks I believe you were the one who mentioned the exercise too - by 11:00pm when we left, I had walked / danced the equivalent of 9 miles!

Currently eating a delicious IP shepherds pie!

Browned 8oz ground turkey with rosemary, minced garlic, salt and pepper. Poured into small pyrex pan.

Microwaved 1.5 cups riced cauliflower with 0/0/0 chicken broth, salt and pepper.

Topped the meat with the cauliflower, baked at 375 for 20 minutes. Doesn't stick together like traditional shepherds pie, and I didn't feel like dirtying my hand blender to cream the cauliflower, but it's DELICIOUS!
