Week 2 and No Loss
I haven't cheated at all. I have been consuming water to the best of my ability. I even feel the ph levels in my body have changed a bit....without going into too much detail.
Yet I haven't lost a pound. I am in week 2. This is the 2nd time I'm doing this diet (did it last year right before I moved, then I moved 1200 miles and fell off the IP wagon)
I am feeling completely discouraged.....
Any advice on what I'm doing wrong or what's happening?
