Dinner - a large bunch of purple broccoli and some cauliflower and one chicken patty packet

Hello everyone, I am a newbie to IP and am on my first full day of IP and already have a question: Can an IP 'snack' item be be used as an IP 'entree' item? For example could I have BBQ Crisps and two cups of veggies as my lunch?
Also, can the snack be skipped w/o repercussions? I went to bed early last night and did not feel like eating the snack. I hate to be Debbie Downer, but the IP Packets disagree with me. I'd rather eat my shoe....
B: RTD Vanilla w/ 2 shots espresso
L: I'm not sure yet, possibly a spinach salad with 1-2 ounces of chicken
S (either in morning or afternoon): IP double chocolate brownie
D: Deer burger taco meat left over from Fiesta Nachos last night and 2 cups veggies

D - Hubby has requested my world famous (NOT) 8oz meatloaf w/2C seared Brussels sprouts
S - IP RTE chocolate pudding
Breakfast: Vanilla drink with coffee ( tastes like a french vanilla)
Lunch: herb and cheese omelet with 1 cup of red pepper and one cup of asparagus, one cup of mushrooms, garlic powder and fresh garlic. The result was like a fritatta. Delicious!!
Snack: vanilla and peanut bar
Dinner: 2 portobello mushrooms, chicken, 2 cups of red pepper, rosemary, basil, dill, fresh garlic and lemon juice to season the chicken. It is a huge portion and I am not even hungry! I hope I can finish it, if not Ill save for later!

That does sound like a lot of food! I count 6-7 cups select veggies for the day. Remember, mushrooms are "free" (unlimited) only when raw.

The Big Mac Salad is AWESOME!!!! I use the WF Thousand Island Dressing. It's one of those meals that keeps me going when I'm feeling a bit of diet fatigue.

L: Taco salad with tomatoes, onions, salsa, and seasoned chicken
D: Left over deer burger with 2-3 cups zoodles with fresh basil
S: Vanilla RTD with 2 shots espresso, chocolate coconut bar
