D - 8 oz apricot dijon pork tenderloin w/ 2C cabbage slaw with WF Pear dressing (my latest addiction cabbage and pear dressing!!!)
S - IP crispy cereal
B - chocolate RTD "doppio" with 2 shots of espresso & ice (it's a Starbucks kinda day)
L - peach-mango drink, salad
S - 2 HB egg salad & jicama tortillas; cucumbers to snack on later; double-choc brownie
D - leftovers (probably turkey burger) and broccoli or salad
Day's kinda backwards with a late work meeting, but I've got extra snacks and a plan!
B: Capuccino RTD and coffee
L: Pina Colada drink and 1 cup of pickles
S: BBQ soy nuts and 2 cups of cucumbers
D: Pork stir fry with green beans and peas
B - vanilla drink
L – salad with 2 cups of cucumbers, salt and vinegar crisps
Sn - orange slush drink
D - veggie patty, 2 c roasted asparagus
Sn - hot tea
If there is anything I have realized being on this diet more than once in that you have to get creative with what you eat. Eating the same thing over and over again gets boring quickly and sets you up for failure.
B- eggs with mushrooms and green onions
L- Big Mac Salad (beef, lettus, onions, jalapenos, pickle, WF thousand island dressing)
Sn- BBQ crisps
D- oatmeal cookies (maple oatmeal, butterscotch pudding, baking powder, egg white, water)

If you don't mind me asking - I would love a salmon patty one night...do you use fresh or canned salmon? And what do you bind with? Guessing 1 egg white & crushed IP / Quest chips? TIA
