I have made larger version (8.5X11) of the IP journal. I also removed the sections for the IP supplements with a comments area and little more versatility.
I just print it out on both sides of the paper. It not great but I like it better.

I like your IP journal wylothar. Good job... except for me, I would need to tweak it for much more room for the 'What I Ate" portion. I never had room for all the veggies and spices and hot sauces or mustards etc that I used in each meal. I never was a '8 oz chicken breast and 2c broccoli' gal. There was always a whole recipe with multiple ingredients (all on plan) in each meal. ;)
