As you get to transitioning off. Plenty of podcasts are out. 'everyday paleo' is really good. Lot of other that are high nerd ones out also like Robb wolf Paleo Soluton. Primalblueprint podcast - (I am adding now)

I only eat paleo friendly foods besides the packets. Well P1 approved real food mostly are so its easy. I can't have nightshades is about it. As my packets drop off, I will just continue to add those types of foods.
Remember 'Paleo' is the dirty word Atkins was at a point. When people actually learn the ideas, it isn't that big of a deal. Decent write up: http://www.canberratimes.com.au/act-...14-135uw2.html

Paleo also has a huge connection to Crossfit, (another dirty word) but here are some everyday sources that aren't jacked up super fit people.
http://www.primalblueprint.com/ - They actually have an education certificate program. I am looking at doing.

Thank you for the links. I didn't realize Paleo was a "dirty word". I had a child with a food intolerance so I learned a lot more about what was in processed foods. Also around that time, I read Carnivore's Dilemma (and the follow up book) which opened my eyes. That coupled with my own diet struggles after having kids led me to Paleo. I did listen to some of the Chris Kresser podcasts. I thought his 80/20 take on things made sense if you don't have a food intolerance/allergy. When I read the maintainers thread, I think the maintainers have this mentality (or maybe 90/10). It's just trying to figure out the "set point" for your weight and health.

If you do instagram. checkout
@thedomesticman
@zenbelly
@mickeytrescott (who does everything with autoimmune conditions in mind)

they always have nice food pictures, healthy and if needed are easily tweakable to IP compliance. The first two are trained chefs I believe.
