I only eat paleo friendly foods besides the packets. Well P1 approved real food mostly are so its easy. I can't have nightshades is about it. As my packets drop off, I will just continue to add those types of foods.
Remember 'Paleo' is the dirty word Atkins was at a point. When people actually learn the ideas, it isn't that big of a deal. Decent write up:
