I have restarted the alternatives verison of ideal protein since now having a baby in July. I have been using the GNC lean shake has my alternative. My weight losses are 1.5-2 lbs a week. Last time I was on I lost 3-4 lbs per week. Any ideas why or is this shake not a good alternative? If not, what are some good alternatives to try? Here is the info on the back of the shake. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

I use the Pure Protein shakes. The chocolate is great and they are IP compliant. See details for the RTD shake not the powder. These can be purchased at Walmart, grocery store, etc...easy to find.

Carbs are far too high and protein is far too low to be compatible with IP Phase 1.
Read throught this thread, the first post has a guideline for what the nutritional info needs to look like in order for a product to be comparable to IP, and the thread is full of info on products that work, and where to buy them.
