I am in lisa, although I might have request access a second time by accident. Still learning how to work this site ( have yet to get the ticker thing down) anyway, count me in

I'm getting a few emails when people don't think the automated columns auto-populate. I find on my ipad I have to reload the page to see the changes. They're automatic on my laptop.
that's probably it !

Hi,

I've been maintaining since Sept and like Ruth Ann would love to be apart of the challenge to help keep me on track and cheer everyone one in their amazing journey. Thanks Lisa for all your hard work

Lisa - thanks for sharing part of your journey, and motivation for keeping up the challenges. I still feel like I'm trying to find my fit here at 3FC, and participating in the last one really helped.

We're up to 40 participants on this challenge.
And the great thing is that maintainers have joined, as well.

They are a great example that dieting & planning doesn't stop when we hit goal, and if it does, the weight comes back! The mindset can't be relaxed. Only the food plan changes.

Someday I'll learn to maintain as well as some of the maintainers (by keeping the mindset). For now , they serve as great examples that it can be done. Weight has been a lifelong issue for me. I'm pretty sure it is the same for anyone who had 100+ lbs to lose.

ACK! How do I access the spreadsheet?? I'm in, have keyed in my information from last Monday and need to key in today's weight --- also, really need to update my starting number -

Is there a direct link? Or how do I find it again??

Go back to the first post in this thread and click the same link that took you to Lisa to get access to the spreadsheet. If you did click it and let Lisa know you wanted to join, then this time the link will take you directly to the sheet where you can add your info.

While there, bookmark it for easier access next time!

My two personal priority goals for this challenge are:

1. Actually reach my official WI milestone of 50 lbs lost (I am right on the edge, now)
2. Leave the 190's and make it into the 180's - ideal loss from 12/1 - 12/31 would be -10 lbs!

I am psyched!
