New thread is a little late. With all the holidays coming up, let's focus on a clean eating month in November.

Good morning, scale is down 2.5 this morning. Phew! Feeling relieved. My goal for no gain Nov. Is to get back to cooking every night. With the craziness of this school year, my veggies have definitely been lacking.

Election Day here, need to do some running around a bit later. For now, I am going to appreciate the slow start of my day.

Yesterday was a 'not enough water' day as I was bloody cold, although bundled up - primarily due to not enough sleep, drizzly rain, constant driving & running around outside to different appointments, etc. I can never get warm enough in a car, even with the full on heat pointing directly at me. And of course TOM... when I'm even colder. So during all that I substituted 'any size coffee for $1' from 7-11, which was GREAT, I will not lie. I love their DIY coffee bar - you have your choice of International Flavours, milks - skim to 18%, assorted shakers like vanilla, chocolate, cinnamon, mini marshmallows (if you want a mocha), and Assorted Torani syrups incl SF's. I had Brewed Irish Crème (not the International Flavours creamers) with SF Vanilla syrup. I never have sweetener in my coffee but felt like a hot treat.

So for my 'being good' month... I start today with ENOUGH WATER! I have to remember to take my bottle with me! We are supposedly getting some sunshine this afternoon, so it should be so much easier than when it's grey & rainy.

Love this challenge!

Liana, water is always a challenge for me too, especially now since I've moved my desk and it's a good two minute walk to the other side of the office to go to the bathroom! Must be tougher for you since you're always on the move. Hope you warm up and get to soak up some Vitamin D!

I am in for the no gain November! Life has gotten really busy and I don't see it slowing down any in the near future. I am a vendor in a Christmas craft fair on Nov. 15th and am feeling the pressure of getting everything done in time! My food has been good, but need more water for sure. I will try to check in more then I did this week. Hope everyone is having a great day.

Our 7-11 is directly across the street from one of our Tim Horton's so they have to compete somehow, lol. I just found out that you get free hash brown patties with your $1.00 coffee if you are in between 4 and 8 am... hmmmm, hot greasy fried potatoes YIKES! Gotta stay away between 4 and 8.

Yay Liana! 9 glasses

Want2b, what are you selling at the Christmas Fair?

Good food day here. Not such a great school day, but tomorrow will be better. Power of positive thinking.

Liana: Great job on the water.

Slip: hoping for a better day for you tomorrow. I am selling paper crafts, mostly greeting cards and gift card holders.

WI day for me today, down 2lbs. I decided to go back to p2 and see if I could lose a bit more before our trip to the Bahamas on Nov 21st. If I am hungry mid morning like before I will have veggies or do a p3 breakfast the next day to see if that helps. Still not sure where my weight should be. How did you guys pick your goal weight. Or did your body decide for you?

Steph, lots of kids with issues= a very tired me! It is like playing Whack a mole all day. At least they are not mean spirited.

Want2b- I started thinking about my goal and stopping when a number of people commented that I was looking unhealthy. Spoke with my coach, they were concerned with with body fat percentage. Reached green on all the charts at weigh in and that was where I stopped.
