Trying to incorporate some light exercise back into my routine, so I did Leslie Sansone's 2 mi walk video (most if it, anyway, before the kids got up and needed to get ready for school!). Establishing a regular exercise routine now so that when I phase off I'm not throwing too much at myself all at once!
