B: IP unrestricted maple oatmeal (first time trying it, flavour was pretty similar, gonna have to get used to the extra texture)

L: IP broccoli and cheese soup 1c broccoli and 1c coleslaw

D: 8oz chicken breast, 2c mixed veg (cauliflower, mushrooms, peppers, and zucchini) 1/2 c cakes 1c lettuce salad with vinegar and Splenda dressing

S: IP lemon wafer (I caved, all that reading about it and I had DH pick me up a box) It was good, but thankfully it didn't make me crave more!

Hi everyone,

Hope you all have a great day. Been getting lots of short walks and it is really helping a lot.

Phase 1 - Day 37

B - PP chocolate drink/coffee
L - chkn broth with 2 c celery/mushrooms, 2 oz chkn breast
Sn - PP chocolate pb bar
D - 6 oz stk, 2 c roasted cauliflower, oil, salt
Sn - PP chocolate drink warmed
