I have some Quest Chips to bring with me to the tailgating and I'm shoving a Quest Bar in my bra (since we aren't allowed to bring any type of food into the game).
This visual made me laugh! The plus side is that Quest bars are better warmed, so you'll be all set!
We have season tickets to our college football games, so I have two games worth of experience now sneaking food in - wrapped in our stadium blanket. The bra is a great place, though, too and it probably has less chance of falling out. I'll remember that for future games.
This weekend will be my first weekend travelling on IP. I'm going to my brother's football game in Mobile, Alabama. Making the drive over tonight and spending the day there tomorrow and coming home tomorrow night.
I packed my foods. I'll have my RTD Vanilla mixed with coffee over ice at the hotel in the morning. I have some Quest Chips to bring with me to the tailgating and I'm shoving a Quest Bar in my bra (since we aren't allowed to bring any type of food into the game). I'm throwing a Peach/Mango drink packet in my purse to mix with some water during the game if I feel like I need an extra packet due to being out in the heat all day and a lot of walking is going to be involved - not planning to use it but just in case, I don't want to be stuck and famished. We made reservations at Ruth's Chris for dinner and I'm getting the Filet and Sautéed Mushrooms and just asking that they use no butter and only olive oil. I think I have it planned out to work but we will see how it goes!
Congrats to everyone on the losses. It's so encouraging to hear the successes, even if they are small steps on a long road.
On a side note: Has anyone else noticed a reduction in the amount of static they carry around now they are drinking so much water? My cats no longer flinch when I come towards them, and I'm not throwing blue sparks at walls with electrical cables anymore!
Kissi- Good planning!! You've got this! I'll be in Birmingham Alabama next weekend, going to visit my daughter. We are going to grill shrimp and steak
shish kabobs in lieu of going out to eat and of course i'll bring my food with me. I'll be looking for #63 tomorrow!!
Having a meh week loss-wise but a HECK YEAH week NSV-wise. Chilly Chicago temps made me realize that I have nothing but too large pants with no belt loops so I got some new SIZE MEDIUM clothes - goodbye XLs! And OMG-my wedding dress not only fits - it's a little too big.
Hope everyone has a great OP weekend! Think skinny, y'all!
3.6 pound loss today, all because of the 90 day challenge!

Finale- so proud of you for looking at the scale and facing the #. Sounds like it has given you even more determination to get to your goal. Good luck with your 10k
Kelly- thinking of your dad and hoping that test results come back ok
Had my second wi at P2 and down 1lb. Officially moving to P3 tomorrow 146lbs lighter - 123lbs thanks to IP.
To quote Eve, I feel like some of the hardest work is about to begin. I feel like I have some great tools and know that I still need to develop more to be successful. I so appreciate all the support and information on 3FC.
Thank you Chicklet and Jenny, much needed and appreciated!!

Sounds like a good plan. Good thing you lost weight and have room in your bra.
