Someone must have rearranged it because I'm showing a 2.4 lb loss this week and my WI isn't until Friday.

ETA: I WISH I would lose 2.4 lbs this week and put me into the 150s

The interesting thing with google docs is that it records what each person in the group does. They are great for college students working on a group project. Lisa should be able to look at it and see what happened. Everyone just needs to know that they should just put in their weight loss, not sort the columns in any way. You are not just sorting your personal document; you are sorting the entire groups' document.

I have another challenge for you.

How many of us have lost/regained weight (whether all of it or just some...)

My challenge is that during this 90-day challenge, EVERYONE here buys the book, The Beck Diet Solution, reads it, and actually works thru the assignments - on paper!

I have an audio copy of the book and a paper copy of the book/workbook. I've listened to the audio version several times. It is time to put pen to paper and actually write out the assignments, rather than just "think" them.

Beck Diet Solution provides us skills to change our thoughts about food and the skills will carry us into maintenance and help us learn to maintain, a skill many of us have yet to learn. How many of us are saying "this time will be different"? Let's make it different. Get the book!
