Weighed in this afternoon....3.2 down! I'm must .2 lbs away from my first mini goal - to reach 182 by my birthday - just one week to go. I also found out that my scale at home pretty much matches the one at the clinic. This is such an easy diet to stick to.

Nice job Oneuh2! You and I started almost the same time. I have my week 10 WI tomorrow. Would love to have a loss like yours!

Thanks, Tanklan! And fingers crossed for good results at your week 10 Weigh In! We began about the same time, but you are more than halfway to goal -- I can't wait until I am there like you! I figure that will be some time between Thanksgiving and Christmas for me... a fine way to celebrate the holidays!!!

Weigh in today only down .6 lbs but keeping in mind inches are adding up as my jeans are loose!

Still reading and working the Beck Solution!
Signed up for newsletter e-mails at beckdietsolution.com

My response card this weekend, as I have activities throughout...
"To lose weight, I have to give up some spontaneity. I wish I didn't have to but that is the way it is for now."

I have planned my meals for the weekend and will stick to them

We extended our camping vacation a day, so hopefully my Beck Diet Solution book will have arrived when we get home today. It's been a great on plan week, with hubby fully supporting my eating plan (eating what I cook and not wanting to eat out at local restaurants). Lucky I overpack :-) I ran out of salad makings and my veggies with last night's dinner. Today we'll be home early enough so it's not a problem.

After the first week's weigh in, I fell on the program hard. I gain 10 lbs in that time period. However, I refuse to give up. I am determined to get back on program 100%. I am planning my menus for the week and doing food prep so I will be prepared. I will not give up and am determined to complete this challenge.

Good for you for getting right back on. Your planning and prep will make all the difference this week!

I am tracking at 10 lbs a month.... and I have a 'Girls Week' (not week-end) coming up in October in Hilton Head Island, SC... sorority sisters from college in the early 70's. I expect to stay on program, and I have an IP buddy who will be with me there, but we probably will shift to Phase 2, and that may affect my results for that month. So my forecast of Christmas for the 50 lb mini goal is probably realistic for me.

...If I get there sooner, I'll be hoppin' and boppin' about it though!!!

Down 2.8 this week. Have not been 100%. Recommitting. Trying to keep my eye on my goals. You all are an inspiration. Thanks

Girls week sounds awesome! I'm a bit nervousness about my long weekend I. California for this wedding in October. I'm bringing my food, but food will be out of my control most of the time. I won't let that deter me....I've been around 10 a month too according to my tracker....
