Can anyone tell me if P2B is approved? I officially go to my start meeting Tuesday after work and trying to learn what I can before I go. I really don't like plain celery much, but would be good to take to work if I'm starved! Suggestions?
I don't think I have a restricted in there (the oatmeal is 5 net carbs). I want to get some Quest bars.
I did add the unlimited options of some raw cucumber and spinach AND two of my four "occasional vegetables" servings in one day.
B - Proti-Diet oatmeal (not so great - foamy and weird but OK when you add extra cinnamon - I have heard Proti-Thin is better but I haven't tried yet. Healthsmart was good).
L - Healthsmart veggie omelet rolled around 1 c. spinach + 1 cup sauteed peppers with garlic. Cucumber "chips" - just thinly sliced cucumber in apple cider vinegar and dill.
S - Matcha green tea latte = Vanilla RTD, 1 t. green tea powder, handful of spinach and ice cubes. I also added a few spearmint leaves. Delish!
D - 8 oz baked flounder, 1 c. green beans, 1 c. tomatoes with basil and 1 t. olive oil.

And it seems like Weight Loss Systems is also the same as WonderSlim? I used WonderSlim, ordered from Diet Direct, a while ago and it seems like all the specs are exactly the same (for example, almost all their products have 12 g of protein). I had written in my product review notes that all three of these are actually the same products.
Also, it seems like Healthsmart (from Nashua) = Healthwise?

Unfortunuately PB2 is not Phase-1 compliant, though many use it in maintenance And the veggie list is a LOT longer than just celery!! You can always use mustard or another Walden Farms dressing to add some flavor to your veggies too

I find them at a few of my local supermarkets, the dressings are usually in the produce aisle and I have found the BBQ sauce and the pancake syrup in the same aisles as the regular stuff. If you call your local stores they can probably let you know if they carry the products!
