congratulations on your loss!! That's awesome that you're walking, I don't do that much, I'm waiting to lose more weight so I can add some walking to my routine.
During my first week on IP, I went to exercise to a forest preserve that has stairs with a little over 100 steps, and people tend to go there to work out. I went past 3/4 of the steps and that's when I just got so agitated, my heart felt as if it was coming out of my chest, and I was shaky and gasping for air, it was very difficult to breath...I felt as if I was going to pass out, I got really scared, and so did my mom and sister.
Also, when I was setting up my classroom, moving students' desks, tables, lifting boxes, moving books, I would have to take a moment to rest because I would get dizzy. If I go out for a walk I walk slow, I'm scared of getting my heart rate up and feel like I did that time. I have the Leslie Sansone videos, I will work out with those when I'm ready!
