If anyone is having trouble with the soy, there are more whey products to choose from than I expected, so good news there. I also asked about Stevia products in lieu of the Sucralose and she said IP is actually reformulating for the U.S. to offer Stevia in products sold here, but didn't know when they would become available.

Best wishes for a great day tomorrow!

newsluv- I lost 2.2 this week which I will definitely take and be happy with! It's 8 pounds in a couple weeks- another four 8 pound losses and I'm back in that beautiful magical maintenance land! And you? Have you switched from sweet to salty?
bolt- congrats on the loss! We had the exact same loss during the same week.
adventuregirl- way to go!! Those are some very nice stats especially when you're having to work within the confines of allergies!

Yay!! Daisyy and Bolt! Keep up the great work.

Adventuregirl - So glad you are back and what a great weight loss! I was afraid we had lost you because of all the food sensitivities. You should be really proud of the way you persevered through tough times. Many people would have given up rather than finding a way to make it work.

I was down 1.8 pounds for week 4. 17.4 pounds in the first 28 days!

Wow ariel!!!! 19 pounds in 3 weeks!!! You are well on your way- love watching your downward trend!
Congrats lose2win on your huge overall loss! It is such a nice feeling to no longer be the brand 'newbies' as we move into the month of September. How is your son doing away at school?

Hello. I was on Ideal Protein 2 years ago and never phased off so here I am again. I started again on August 20. This time I will definitely go through all the phases and maintenance properly because I don't want to have to do this again. I was kind of a lurking the first time around but want to be a more active member on here this time. This forum is so informative and motivating.

Default New to this forum

Hi everyone,
I'm glad I found this forum. I have been on the ip diet for 3 and a half weeks.I was just on vacation for a week and have struggled the past few days with not cheating. This is my last day of vacation so back to normal routine tomorrow,i'm hoping that i can get back on track and have a week without cheating.
Any advice, ideas ,support would be greatly appreciated.

node- congratulations on your loss!! That's awesome that you're walking, I don't do that much, I'm waiting to lose more weight so I can add some walking to my routine.

During my first week on IP, I went to exercise to a forest preserve that has stairs with a little over 100 steps, and people tend to go there to work out. I went past 3/4 of the steps and that's when I just got so agitated, my heart felt as if it was coming out of my chest, and I was shaky and gasping for air, it was very difficult to breath...I felt as if I was going to pass out, I got really scared, and so did my mom and sister.

Also, when I was setting up my classroom, moving students' desks, tables, lifting boxes, moving books, I would have to take a moment to rest because I would get dizzy. If I go out for a walk I walk slow, I'm scared of getting my heart rate up and feel like I did that time. I have the Leslie Sansone videos, I will work out with those when I'm ready! Good luck to you this week!!
