The Big 5-0
49 is the number that has plagued me for a while now. No matter what I did, it seemed like 50 was unreachable. Within the last month, i had only lost 1.5. I started to feel deflated, wondering if I had hit another plateau that i woyld be unable to get out of. Well, I'm happy to say that this morning, after stepping on and off of that scale to make sure it wasn't teasing me, I have reached my 50 pounds, plus losing another 2.5 on top of that! I dont want to lose this momentum, even tho i have been close to caving into ice cream lately... but i think about all of the sugar ice cream has, and the impact it might have on both my weight loss and my L.I. issue, I deciced it wasnt worth the aggrivation, and walk away.
Because ive lost 52.5 with this program, I splurged today and bought this little black dress...
