Day 3...not easy but I did it. Graduation party yesterday and a christening/cookout today. Son's birthday today too. Stayed on plan. Don't feel too bad but struggling with cravings. If I got through this weekend, I know I can do it, but it will be hard.

If you did a Christening, Graduation, and Birthday party on day 3 -- when cravings are at their peak-- and you didn't cheat you will do great. It is only going to get easier once you get into ketosis.

Well by this time tomorrow night I'll know if some of the conditions for the house deal go through. Getting excited/nervous again. Please oh please lovely banker, be feeling generous tomorrow

I'm actually pretty relaxed and in a "what will be, will be" mode (if you are singing Doris Day's "Que Sera Sera" then you have just "dated yourself"
