I bought at the ideal protein clinic here in Canada they are now offering both programs.

Mi IP clinic switched to pro-energy but my coach said to just keep following IP protocol since it is working well. She said their maintenance program is better than ip's and that's one of the reasons she switched. I used the IP chocolate drink mix all the time and I don't like pro energy as well but maybe my taste buds will adjust. The other stuff I've tried is good though.

you didnt; find it cheaper? IP in this area is like 27-33$ a box, and I paid 21$ a box. For me that is a lot better. Yes I am following the IP protocol with this product.

Yes please.... I can't see how their maintenance program could be better than IP's... It is so straightforward & easy to follow, and you are able to eat like a normal person; it's practically a no-brainer. One main rule - separate your fat meal from your carb meal. Works!
