It hasn't changed that much. I think they have learned some thongs overtime like spring mix leaves are just like lettuce so they are allowing them now. Phase three is a little confusing but phase one isn't that different. I couldn't ever eat 4 eggs anyway!

It is odd though that none of us have received these from our coaches when it came out in May.

I wonder if they have some "pilot" centres where they try things out to see how the weight loss goes. When they see how results go, then they spread the good news to everyone -- or kibosh it if it wasn't as good?

I remember once someone posting that their clinic was a no-cheat 100% OP only clinic because they had some direct link to head office or something. If you could not agree to buy all the products and be 100% then they did refuse to have you as a client. I thought it was pretty strict but if it was a "pilot" office, they did need to have accurate results, which made a bit of sense about the "strict" part. .... That's just me "thinking" and not any "official" knowledge...maybe "pilot project" is just in my head...

Well I hope someone asks soon, I messaged my coach but since I don't technically see him anymore I don't know that he'll get back to me.

OK - Today I called IP Corporate...

I am not completely convinced that the person I talked to was completely on top of things. She was in the client relations department, but also seemed just a touch confused when looking for specific info on the Phase Sheets I was asking about.

BUT - she said that there are NOT any new sheets since either April 2014 or January 2014 (she stated both dates and I never got clarity which it was). I asked her if the April sheet had the section at the top about Unlimited lettuce and what it listed and the RAW veggies statement. She said it did not.

She of course cautioned that nothing posted on any non-IP site should be taken as the truth (which I didn't argue but of course know that often here we get better info than we sometimes do from coaches!)

I did get from her that there are some impending changes to the sheets coming out, but she would not give me any dates or projections.

I also sent an email to Corporate to what I think is a different person who has responded (very quickly in the past) to some people's complaints about poor treatment at clinics. I will post what I hear back.

Soooooo...... At this point, everyone can draw their own conclusions. (I will cross-post this on the Daily Chat too!)

(I am wondering if the original poster actually got this by calling the 800 number of a clinic and this is perhaps their own "House Rules" version... I PM'd her to get more info!)

Here's the old sheets to Alternative version they just have to be changed to include tofu as a protein, and also all protein is 8 oz. Eggs may or may not have changed (after reading more on this thread) go for 2 eggs & 4 whites when in doubt lots of protein & lower in fat.

That is possible, though I did see this floating around a FB group I follow a day or two before it showed up here so she may not be the original original source.

Hi All
I apologize for posting these phase sheet as they have not officially been rolled out and are only being "tested" in a few places. I hope everyone will continue to use the sheets given to you by your coaches, or the ones posted daily by Lisa. It was not my intention to confuse anyone or to interfere with the great success everyone has with this plan!! Again my sincere apologies!!

I have a feeling, NaeNae, that they will for sure be using the 'unlimited' raw salad veggies everywhere PDQ as I think a lot of clinics already do this as their own variation (although mine didn't). No worries, girl! Made for an interesting past few days on the forum and I bet IP headquarters was wondering about all the calls they had gotten, lol.

No Problem! Something to look forward to. I agree with Lianne... I think these raw veggies are being used in clinics as "house rules" in a number of places!

Looking forward to seeing what they DO settle on as the final updates.

I asked my coach today (before I saw this posting) and she did not know about the new sheets BUT she said they have something on the go for a "summer special". She wasn't sure what that was either but will look into it for me, so I'll let you know when I find out what the mysterious summer special is

No problemo -- we're here to share info and how would you know the rest of us don't have the same thing as your coach gave out. I am glad you gave us a 'glimpse' of a potential change. People can do with the info what they like. But for those struggling with hunger, knowing you can up certain veggies might be the boost they need. Thanks for sharing -- it's why we're here!
