What a great NSV victory! You must feel proud to be his inspiration Remind him how much coaches make so maybe he'll get you a nicer Christmas gift or something, as I'm sure he'll be calling on you lots! Maybe we'll see him posting over on the Men's thread.

I didn't even think of it as an NSV... lol but I guess you're right it is.

EDIT: it wouldn't let me attach the file but the hyperlink seems to work. Look at the chart on the bottom for the best sweeteners. Some are so close to sugar that they affect your body the same way as having sugar. Those are the ones we want to avoid BUT those are the ones --like Maltitol -- that are in a lot of things -- you may as well have the sugar when you look at the GI effects.
My clinic told me Stevia is good, if that helps. If you get the liquid kind that is processed from only the leaves, there is no bitter or chemical aftertaste. Sometimes you can find this liquid Stevia with slight flavours. Called SweetLeaf Sweet Drops. You hardly need any to make a nice difference.

Waaaay to go Amber: I bet you're brother is so proud of you too - he'll be feeling more like himself again when he's following your healthy path.
