Just wondering to myself how it is a person can put on 3lbs of water weight in 24 hours but it takes 3 days to lose it? LOL

LOL well I'll be joining you but not by choice so to speak, going on vacation no scale till next sunday, plus Monday is my official weigh I day. I'm a chronic weigher, but I'm good, I'm not upset by it. Just curious as to the how and why of it.

I was wondering the same thing on weighin day last week! Congrats on onederland and have a great vacation.

Made cauliflower pancakes, yum! Definitely trying other cauliflower recipes!

I always used to wonder how it seemed like when someone at work lost a pound, I would have found it -- seemed rather careless of them! Nice thing now it's me losing the pound....someone else can find and keep it -- I don't want it back!!
