We have had discussions on this before! IP just could not possibly account for every veggie in the universe on the sheet. They say zucchini yes and if you look at the nutrition for green zucchini vs the yellow, it is almost identical!!
In full disclosure, last time this came up, so one did ask their coach. The coach said, "no squash!" ... Zucchini IS squash. Yellow zucchini is squash... Most other yellow squashes are winter squashes (spaghetti squash, butternut, acorn, etc) again, the profile of the long skinny slightly pudgy at on end yellow "zucchini squash" is pretty much the same as the green... So I guess everyone needs to make that call for themselves!
