Smile IP 98 Day Memorial Day to Labor Day Challenge

IPers:

In the US there are 98 days between Memorial Day to Labor Day (unofficial "Summer")


This is 14 Mondays.


We can be 25-30 lbs (or more if you're brand-new to IP) lighter by Labor Day!


Here is the link to request access

It will be "open" at first but soon you'll need to request access & it will be manually granted so be patient. It has to be done on my computer, not my tablet or phone.

Not familiar with IP but like the idea of a plan with a goal of Memorial Day to Labor Day . Coworkers and I are starting tomorrow.
So what's the next step?

Nope. Just enter your Thursday weight
So in the first column, enter your weight from this past Thursday. You're next WI will go in the Week 1 column (it says ENDING Monday June 2)

Nobody should have "starting weight" column blank.
That is your current weight.
Don't wait until your next WI. That goes in week 1
