Let's do another great week next week - I can use the support and camaraderie. My first "baby" is getting married in late October and I want to look smashing for his wedding. He knows I am losing weight and he knows how much, but since he is deployed overseas, he will not have seen me for over a year.
I have a dress already, a size 10, which I bought for inspiration. I can zip it up, so all is good but I am looking for an excuse to get another new dress. I think if I hit 150 (-32 more) I will have a good excuse.

Congrats on your sons wedding. My oldest son got married 5 years ago thankfully I was not so large back then, although at the time I thought I was!! I weighed in the 180's when he got married.
I've been on IP before. I just let things get completely out of control again. But today is a new day and I am going to change once and for all! Today is the day I restarted.
Question about the form -- do I only add my weight loss since last week or do I adjust the "current weight" line? I thought one would automatically change the other but it doesn't...
If it doesn't automatically change, I will go in and fix it. It means someone has deleted the formulas. Do not type into the colored columns. I will take care of it.
ETA: I have gone in and corrected everyone who entered numbers in a colored column. The problem is, when you do that, you delete the formula and don't allow the spreadsheet to work correctly. There were five of you who had entered your current weight in the green column. Please allow the spreadsheet to work correctly.
Only add your weekly weight loss. If you have 0 loss (this includes any slight gains), just enter 0.
Congrats to all who are recording losses this week!
2 pounds down for a total of 9.8 so far -- love seeing my progress in this challenge!! (I logged in for week June 16, but I weigh in on Fridays) Congrats everyone and cheering everyone on through the week/weekend! Thanks Lisa for carrying this on!

I noticed you have to refresh at the top after you submit your week. Closing and going back in works too.
I'm inputting on an ipad & after i "edit" my line to add this weeks loss, I "submit" my new result then refresh the screen to see the other columns change....hope that helps.
Lisa32989... I'm finding that inputting my weekly info here is really motivating. Thanks for setting it up!
I also really like your "choose your hard" quote..... This isn't easy - that's for sure, but the lack of guilt for staying on program feels like a weight off my shoulders!!
