P1:
B: Coffee, IP pudding (yeah for breakfast...out of food before weigh-in!)
L: 4 oz chicken cooked with asparagus and cauliflower
S: Quest Bar: choc chip cookie dough warmed in microwave....AMAZING...but won't be eating these normally as a bit high in calories from fat ratio (but maybe a SUPER restricted treat now and then - still better than a REAL choc chip cookie)
D: Did this for the first time and it was DELISH: sauteed shredded chicken with garlic and hot sauce (buffalo), separate pan steamed cauliflower and colored peppers with garlic, pepper, cumin and cilantro...added lettuce right at end to slightly wilt. Made wilted salad with a little WF chipotle ranch and added shredded chicken over warm salad. MMMmmmmmm....will be doing this again!!!

I LOVE asparagus... When it came back in season this spring, I ate it every day for a week. I apologized to my hubby, but he didn't mind!

I made a delish rotini veggie salad for lunch - was looking forward to the "pasta" all morning. The fridge at work isn't working right and froze everyone's lunch!
My poor salad -- almost chipped a tooth on a frozen mushroom! sniff.... I muttered the whole time but you can bet I ate every bite - even though I almost had a "brain freeze" doing it.

That's what I figured! And almost forgot - pudding for breakfast is not weird! I just mix it with extra water, heat it up and add coffee. Really filling and tastes so good.

I made "Rotini" today with veggies and WF herb garlic pasta sauce. I actually found another WF I like! The "Alfredo Sauce" is pretty good too - not as "fake" tasting as some of the others.
Trying the Rotini with fresh vegs and sauce cold tomorrow - hope it makes as nice a cold "salad" as it did a hot meal.

I make zoodles out of zucchini stir fried with some garlic and onion powder and put either ground beef or chicken chunks on top with the WF alfredo sauce. I have convinced myself that it is just as good as Pasta Alfredo. Sometimes I use the Spagetti sauce instead. It's pretty good.
