Target also carries them in fact alot of the time I can find them on sale for $4.49 for the 4 pack.

Yay! I love EAS choc fudge. Someone else posted a code ftom Target that makes them about $1 pet drink. I am also a big fan of Quest Bars at about $2 a piece if you have a GNC or supplement store near you.

You'd think that it would have occurred to me that the reason I'm so hungry is because last week I was eating 4 ip packs a day and this week three. Thanks guys!! :-)

Oh shoot...before I forget...in last Sunday's add there was a coupong for $10 off you $30 if you purchase protein bars/shakes at Target. You can go online and have the coupons sent to your smartphone as well.

Hey guys, the P1 sheet calls for 4 whole eggs & 2 egg whites - make sure you're getting enough protein in there.

tvizz - it's been awhile since I looked at the Dijon and can't look it up right now, but look to see if it's 0/0/0. Seems to me it was but won't swear to it.

Thanks Ruth Ann! It is 0/0/0 - the one that I bought is anyways - Maille. I was careful because I know some include sugar but not this one. I love it!

B: EAS RTD Chocolate Fudge blended with 2 cups of spinach
Before lunch: EAS RTD Chocolate Fudge
L: 2 cups of romaine lettuce with rice vine vinegar / olive oil / seasoning mix
D: 7 oz of ground sirloin, 2 egg whites, 1 cup broccoli, 1 cup mushroom.
Dessert: HealthSmart Chocolate Crunch Bar.

110oz of water

It wasn't my choice to have so many liquids, but my Nashua order didn't get here in time.
