Kathy, I love the lemon wafers too. I noticed I wasn't seeing good losses when I paired up the crisps (which are non-restricted) with a restricted item (like those lemon wafers which are by far my favorite!). Everyone has to find what works for them.

I treat the chips as a 'restricted' item even though IP does not list it that way. If I have the crisps, I'll have a drink in the afternoon or something lower in carbs. If I have a soup or drink for lunch, I'll have the wafer in the afternoon.

I just noticed your other thread and thought I would put in my two cents. Happy losing!!!!!

Thanks Kissi, I'll have to see if I can switch it up a bit! I appreciate the advice!! The crisps or bbg chips and wafers are something I do frequently, so maybe that will help!! Unfortunately, I just ordered 7 crisps and 7 wafers for next week at the beach, but I do have some other options at home that I can substitute for at least a couple of those days. Thanks again!

You are very welcome. I just know that has worked for me. I'd have crisps and wafers every single day if I was seeing better losses with them together!

Enjoy your time at the beach! Crisps and wafers are convenient!!

Dark choc pudding...I added a little splenda to help with bitter, put it in the freezer for about 30 minutes and then sprinklef with a little sea salt. It helped!

B: Funny story, I drank something in a baggie that I thought was 1/2 vanilla pudding and 1/2 orange drink -- but it wasn't. I don't know what it was. But I put 1.5 cups spinach in it and drank it. So, that happened....

D: Ham and Cabbage.

S: Choc Drink

D. Steak, romaine and butter lettuce salad, roasted cauliflower, sliced tomatoe (combined total 2 C)

If anyone sees something questionable about my daily menu, please let me know -- my coach does not focus much on my food diary, I think mainly because I have had reasonable losses each weigh in. But Let me know if you see something that's likely to sabotage results.

There was quite a controversy about those IP rasp choc bars when they first came out. Here is a whole thread about it.

The consensus seemed to be either avoid or only have one per week, to replace your restricted that day.

Thanks for the heads up, Lisa- you should become an Ideal Protein coach. You are so tuned in on all facets of this program - I will check out that thread right away!

Did you just stew the rhubarb and add the syrup? Sounds fascinating....
