D: 4 oz shredded chicken sauteed with broccoli and mushrooms (2 c)

B. Coffee and vanilla premade
L. 4 oz chicken patty, cukes, green peppers, spinach
D. After I ate lunch I got really full and was not feeling great. I couldn't stomach eating my protein and veggies. I mixed 2 ideal protein premades together with some spinach and drank that. Hopefully that equals 4 oz protein ( the other was my snack).
