D: salad greens, 2c : cauliflower, broccoli and dill pickles, 4oz burger heated +
EAS fudge RTD...running out of ip food...will refill on Weds

L: 4 oz shredded chicken, 1 c mini portabellas, 1 c colored peppers served over lettuce and WF bacon ranch (pretty good...first time having)
S: Quest Bar: choc chip cookie dough (my weekly splurge after weigh-in)
D: 4 oz shredded chicken sauteed with broccoli and mushrooms (2 c)

D. After I ate lunch I got really full and was not feeling great. I couldn't stomach eating my protein and veggies. I mixed 2 ideal protein premades together with some spinach and drank that. Hopefully that equals 4 oz protein ( the other was my snack).
