S Simply Bar Caramel Peanut - split into 2 snacks
D 6 ozs chicken baked in lemon juice, 2 cups steamed brocc & cauli + 1 cup lettuce, spritzed w Bragg's

L: Herb and Cheese Omelet (first time I've had this and it was pretty good). I had a small salad with lunch and roasted cauliflower.
D. I made some tasty crab stuffed portobello mushrooms. They were SOOOOO good and completely IP approved. If I knew how to post pics, I would.

2am - vanilla premade shake. Had a late flight home, was so hungry so had an extra packet when I got home. Definitely felt like the right decision after drinking it.

B. vanilla premade, coffee

D. 4 eggs, 2 egg whites, spinach, oil ( I'm going to be be posting when I use oil, as I have been inconsistent)
