ACV is apple cider vinegar. It is approved on IP, unlike red wine vinegar and balsamic. I make a dressing using olive oil, water, acv, stevia, salt/pepper/spices/herbs, and some 0/0/0 mustard in my blender, and use it all week. I have figured out the ratios so that 4 teaspoons of dressing contain 1 teaspoon of oil, which is required daily by the plan. Easy and delicious!

I just made pancakes with the crispy cereal, and topped with Waldens maple syrup... OMG, so freaking delicious. Before starting this diet I talked a lot of crap about Waldens, but man, the maple syrup is good good good.

I agree! I don't love most of the wf dressings, but the pancake syrup is awesome. 💗

Sometimes, I mix it with spicy mustard to make a glaze for chicken or a dip for veggies. Better than their own version of honey mustard.

Left the beach house this morning. Woke up at 5:30 to catch the sunrise, so had to stretch food over more hours than usual. Also was trying to eat up the leftovers and was on the road for a bit, so my day is a little wonky.

S: IP peanut butter bar
L: IP chicken soup, 2 bell peppers, green onions, Mexican spices
S: IP RTD Strawberry Banana
