D: My plan..grilled salmon seasoned with garlic, parsley, peper, and lemon juice (can't wait to make this today!), sauteed mini bella mushrooms, yellow peppers and broccoli (2 cups total) served over lettuce.

I only see 3 cups of veggies. Lettuce doesn't count unless it is "field greens"

14 oz of coffee, stevia, half a vanilla premier protein shake (15g of protein)
B: Blended EAS RTD Chocolate Fudge w/ 2 cups of spinach
Snack: EAS RTD Chocolate Fudge
L: 2.5 cups of romaine lettuce, olive oil/rice wine vinegar/seasoning
D: 7 oz sirloin steak, 2 cups broccoli steamed, "deviled egg" made with homemade mayonnaise, mustard, sugar free sweet pickle juice.
Dessert: HealthSmart Peanut Butter Crunch bar
75oz of water + whatever I drink with dinner/dessert (probably another 23 oz)
Busy day at work.

Nuts. I was excited for the maple aspect.
One gram might not affect some people, but my stupid system is very carb sensitive. I would need to use something sugar free.

trying something NEW.....
I LOVE fried green tomatoes.... Sooo
I am crunching up my garlic crisps, whipping up a egg...drowning a couple of green tomato slices in egg wash and coating.
Pan "frying" in olive oil... then thoroughly covering with salt.... the Taste of Summer!!!

Pre workout: coffee w/ vanilla shake
Spinning, abs, stretching
Post workout: chocolate pudding/shake smoothie with coffee & spinach
L: stir fried veggies (kohlrabi, celery, leeks, mushrooms)
Combo drink (one third each: IP piña colada, syntrax nectar twisted cherry, SN grapefruit)
D: chicken/veggie soup (DH has a bad cold so I made him soup)
S: chocolate or butterscotch pudding shake
My salt and oil are in my veggies and soup
