  • Slip, I've followed her for a couple of years... even when I wasn't losing weight... she's always a good read! I was laughing while I read your post about your 'girls'... I was just thinking how mine are resembling deflated socks these days... hahahaha (and I'm no where near a double 'D'!!) LOL
  • Hiker, lol! So with you on this! Kind of like udders

    Exactly!!

  • Thanks everyone for their input. You are all right.

I am sure I am stressed about finding a house and wanting to get off P1 but I also think it was I just wanted the food--have not had any of that in a long time some of the stuff I have not had in over a year and I wanted it. I just wanted to eat what everyone else was eating. I will not dwell-just move along. Thanks for listening
  • Quote: Hi Steph! Can you do me a favor- I started a Life after Phase 1 thread. Could you go post your favorite phase 3 breakfasts? Trying to come up with a plan for the next step. Couch to 5K, good for you!! Good luck, but I am sure that you do not need it. Miss you

Hiker- I love the Runs for Cookies blog. I think I might order her kitchen safe on her favorite things list. I do love something sweet and having it locked up except for 1 time/ day might work for maintenance.
Okay, I will check out the Life after Phase 1 thread. I'm sorry I haven't posted more lately. I have been keeping very busy with my new exercise regime. Been trying to spend as much time outside as possible since our weather is so unpredictable. I'm trying my best to stop feeling anxious about food and just pay attention to how I feel.

I love the name of the blog Runs for Cookies. I will definitely run for cookies!
  • Hiker88--thanks for the blog run for cookies--great find. It is amazing what she has done. I am going to read more about her tom. Thanks for telling me about it - it is appreciated.

Steph---cant wait to hear about your updates for Couch to 5k program--sounds exciting!!!!

Off to bed--have a great rest of the week everyone.

Hugs back to all who give me encouragement when I need it!!!
  • We are all in this together.

Luccilove, tomorrow is a brand new day for us all.

Steph, I am glad that you are focusing on living life. That is the way it should be . I spent 2 days outside this weekend. Being outside in nature makes me feel grounded and calm.

I have Monday night insomnia instead of the usual Sun. night. Off to get some sleep, I hope.
  • Good morning everyone,

17 days of school left! I have my official observation tomorrow, so pray for me . Lots of paperwork to do before tomorrow. It is going to be a busy day. Hope that your Tuesday is a happy OP day.
  • Good morning... Beautiful day here! My dresses are going to be altered before I leave.. Yay!! The joys of being two sizes smaller on top than the bottom... Of course I wouldn't have even thought about wearing a dress a few months ago... it was all skirts and blazers... I guess that would be a NSV!! Hope you all have a good one!
  • Slip, sending you good vibes your way.

Hope everyone has a great day!
  • Hi all,

Long day! I think it is eggs for dinner. Too tired to cook anything else. First warm day at school. Observation tomorrow and the kids big post test on Thursday. It is going to be an interesting week!

End of TOM migraine just hit- not going to be -an OP day for me, I just can not eat. Going to bed. Ugh.
  • Slip, feel better soon.

Tonight we had a potluck to go to. I brought a salad and there was some pork that was OP. I was a little worried before we left about what there would be for us to eat that was OP, so it was a successful night! There was a women there on a 15 day "cleanse" who only talked about how *****y she was, because she couldn't eat "real food". I asked her what she was eating and it is pretty much the same thing as P2 but with rice and some potatoes. I laughed and told her I was doing that since Oct, with no rice or potatoes! I guess your point of view is different depending how badly you want something. LOL.
Haven't heard from a few of you in awhile, hope all is well and everyone is getting closer to their goals!
  • I was just watching The TV show 'Extreme Weight Loss' I loved the quote from the trainer... he said ' you fall down seven times you get up eight!' Well said!!
  • Hello everyone! WI day for me, down 1.6lbs this morning, moving me into the 150's!!! Never thought I would see this number. My motivation is still strong(fingers crossed it stays), it would be great to figure out how to keep the motivation up! I have been doing some self talk about how close I am to goal and how I can get and stay there. I know I won't get to goal by July 1st which was my goal a couple of months ago, but I am ok with that, I will get there.
