4pm and almost all the way, DAY 1

  • I'm so excited it's 3:45pm and I've been on OP all day and am meeting friends for dinner tonight at Applebees and no I will be eating a sirloin steak and broccoli and lots of salad or some spinach. After dinner will be the hard time to head home and go to bed so I don't eat anything bad and can then start tomorrow as my day 2. I did this the first time from October - April and then I got a little cocky once I hit 199 and all I can say is I no longer weigh 199. I am on a mission to get back to 199 and win the bet at work in which we weigh in on May 19. I know I can do this and I will get my daughter on track to.

    Sometimes going to bed is the best answer by far.
