I am really missing the eating part. I now have modified it a bit and have 2 hard boiled egg whites in the morning with my shake. Mid morning around 10-10:30 I have half a cucumber with some sea salt on it. For lunch salad or cooked broccoli with my protein. At night just two cups of veggies and real food ( chicken fish ) one more shake about an hour before bed.
Should I add extra protein to my shake. I use two scoops which gives me 25 grams of protein plus lots of amino acides. Though that won't help with the wanting something to actually eat. Any suggestions
