Exercise on Phase 1
Hello everyone,
My coach mentioned that after the first 3 weeks of Phase 1 you could actually start working out but not any strenuous exercises. Is anyone on Phase 1 working out? If yes, what kinds? |

I swam and did weights. I did not do sprints, more steady state swimming. Same with weights, did not do real heavy, the most I did was 15 pound dumbbells which for me is light.
After about a month my body was burning keotones well and exercise got easier. |
Thanks for the responses. I feel more energetic after 3 weeks so I thought I will start Elliptical may be start out with 20 mins and take it from there.
I was worried that exercise will slow down the IP diet program. |
I will try to do the elliptical only 15 mins daily at a very low heart rate! We'll see how it goes :-) my coach told me to do half of my usual workout and mo weight training because it shows lower loss on the scale (at least for the beginning)
