I have used it and I am both fascinated and horrified. Horrified was when I put my STARTING weight in and looked at it as I had not realized I looked like that.

My feeling is that is it pretty accurate. I walked past a store window today and caught my reflection and it was pot on from what I had seen on this site. Very motivating to be able to see what the loss of some pounds can do.

Interesting site... Neat how you can change the image up for age, build, hair/skin colour, and clothing. I don't seem to see a whole lot of difference in the images for my weights, even goal looks a bit plump compared to how I look in pictures now. For the goal avatar to look like my 3FC avatar, I'd have to lose another 10-15 lbs and that's way too skinny for a healthy BMI. LOL, maybe I have more muscle than previously thought...

Interesting but not accurate. I was fatter than that at the weight i posted. And i look skinnier than that at the skinniest i've ever been.

I agree Liana, my goal weight still looks too plump - not accurate.

However, I think it is a fun and inspiring site.

Thanks for posting, McKaren4.

You can adjust it to be more reflective of your size by putting it either negative or positive on the bottom.

It's pretty accurate for me!

Ya I think I looked fatter at my starting weight than what the image showed... BUT I love the sight and have book marked it... good to have that visual reminder of how far we have come!!

Hi IPers!

I have seen this before, it's pretty cool and fun to revisit. I have to say that in the jeans and tank, it looks pretty accurate for me - 153 lbs/5'6"

But it is waaay off for the bikini! If I looked that good in a bikini at 153 lbs I would be posting goal pictures here at 3fc. My body is FAR more fat than that avatar.

She has much more muscle tone and definition, less huge belly roll, doughy arms, saddle bags and bulging thighs! (Maybe this is why I need IP... )
