Hiker: Compitition always makes me do better too. LOL. No matter what you will be looking and feeling wonderful fo May long.
Kooky: Amazing job getting to the 170's!!! Soon to be 160's!!!
Slip: Got to love the Whoosh Fairy!!! Keep up the good work!
The motivation seems to be better, along with my overall mood. Hmmm, may be something to think about next time my motivation leaves me. Have a great day.

Thanks Everyone!
Seems amazing to be 7 pounds from goal That is definitely my motivation. Although, I am not doing anything differently, the body has just decided to cooperate. I am thankful for that! I have not been this weight since senior year in high school.
How are my Newbies? Jig, Sweetness, Wananewme, Luccilove?

Hey all,
Managing pain well, now that I got the darn bottle open. Had a rough day today, but over all I'm doing pretty good. Slip, 7lbs away from goal?! That's freakin amazing!!!!!!

Hi Hiker, going to start phasing off around May 20th. I am really hoping for 155, but 160 will be fine too. I am wearing a size 10 pant and med.(some small) tops. At 48 years young, I am okay with those numbers. How are you doing? Settling back in after all of your company?
Just got my 80 pound reward, new Uggs. Any new rewards for you?

Hey Slip I'm actually doing great on the IP side of things! What a relief after struggling for a number of weeks... I wasn't sure I was ever going to get my groove back... but its here and I'm not having any struggles!! Yay!! I would love to get into size 10's... we'll see what happens... I'm a pear shape and I'll be happy at whatever size I end up when I hit goal... as long as its at least a 12!! LOL! (I'm just barely in 14's at the moment)
Work will be stressful and crazy till mid May and I just got back from a three hour dentist appointment... (yes, I'm looking for sympathy!!) I'm hoping for a good drop this week but I'll be happy just sticking to the plan and letting my body do its thing... I've definitely learned to trust the process.
Thanks for checking in!

Slip: 7 pounds away, totally achievable by May 20th. And it is always nice when our body decides to cooperate. Maybe it realized you mean business and were not letting it win this time. LOL
Kawaii: Glad you got the bottle open. LOL. Glad you are well enough to check in and keep us updated.
Hiker: Hugs for the dentist visit. Glad things are still going well and your motivation is strong.
Am I the only one who doesn't reward myself? LOL Other then clothes that were a necessity I haven't bought myself anything for losing weight. I do want to buy myself a Lululemon hoodie when I reach goal. I have never been able to fit into them and have always wanted one. I figure once I get to goal I have earned the high price splurge.

I have no plans to buy any more rewards but I think the dresses I bought in Maui will be my reward when I put them on and they fit!!
Good morning everyone!

Hi all,
I have rewarded the big numbers, 20, 60, 80. I wanted something to remember the moment. 20 was a silver bangle with a quote, 60 was the living room chairs, and 80 was the Uggs. The Uggs are special because I would never have fit my calves in them prior to IP and they are such a splurge $$ money wise.
My stomach is acting up again, bubble gut

Just on a quick supper break then its back to work... yes, my exciting Friday night!! LOL!
I actually plan to get pretty serious about my exercise when I hit goal. I was planning to buy myself a Garmin watch so I can track my distance, route and speed when I'm out on my hiking trails.. It even comes with a heart rate monitor! After each workout it automatically downloads the data onto your laptop. Every time I look at it I will think of my commitment to keep the weight off!!
My favourite blogger uses one... she's maintained a huge weight loss for quite awhile and writes very 'real' about her struggles and accomplishments daily... give her a read!!

Hope you all have a great weekend!
