Wow-the fitday or fitpal program you guys use really measures everything!

Stopped going to my clinic.....so need to find the phase sheets on here and start planning for maintenance.

I lost this weight rather quickly and want to continue this lifestyle while adding in more calories. Looks like you are still eating some P1 foods - I just bought some protein cocoa and more wafers and love them!

Will keep some of my faves as snacks---it has to be the protein keeping me satisfied between meals.

LOL, I guess no one has eaten since the 28th... I haven't been filling out myfitnesspal since visitors & extra work came my way. I haven't got the hang of using MFP on my tablet & phone yet while using work WiFi... I admit I am a closet Luddite. Just seems like too much work to find foods on a list when I'm away from the 'real' computer on my desk at home.

I actually didn't even think of posting on here the last few days - guess without you to push it to the top my brain slips by it.

I actually find it somewhat easier to use the tablet for foods that are already in my database since you can just start typing the food in and it comes up. It's a little harder with new foods that I can't scan because you can't see the full entry and the confirmations.

But I do love the scanning feature - so easy to use and adjust the number of servings!

And therein lies the problem, RuthAnn... I am forever having to re-enter foods as they fall off my list and are replaced by other foods & I don't have data on my phone unless I am at a WiFi spot so no scanning for me. Told you I'm a Luddite and cheap to boot, lol. Guests will be gone today later so I will be back on my desk computer which I felt would have been kind of rude while they were still here.

Sigh, 'best laid plans of mice and men...'
MFP chided me today for my lack of calories & nutrients... slept til 11:30 (only because the phone woke me ) so no time left for breakfast...
TOM started off with a bang when I woke up and I always get kinda nauseous and crampy at the beginning (I know, sorry, TMI) so 'lunch' was very minimal.

Dinner was delish, although I had to cobble together stuff out of the pantry & fridge - restock grocery shopping will happen tomorrow.

LUNCH

Postscript for the night: We met up with friends tonight and ended up at Wendy's Restaurant for a snack. I had Medium fries with sea salt and vinegar so add 420 calories, 20 g fat, 54 g carb, 5 g protein, and 5 g fiber. LOL, still within all my macros but not the best choice, I will admit.

Here's the picture of the chili from tonight - too bad there isn't any 'smellavision.' Even my DH who was a bit skeptical really enjoyed it. He topped his with plain yogourt.
