I need to get back on track!! I start off my day with full intensions of restarting...at least phase 3... then by afternoon/evening... I get into a carb frenzy... and I cant stop! ... ok.... I can physically, but mentally.... nope!
Why is it that I am going carb crazy... ? Kick me in the butt please!!!!!!!
