I'm going to try losing the rest of my weight using the "egg method" in lieu of packets. 1 whole egg plus 3 egg whites sounds more yummy and less tummy trouble than the packets.
As far as the other diet mentioned - it sounds pretty cool, and if my local clinic was not so supportive as well as willing and able to educate me, I would likely pursue it. However, I only have about 10 more pounds to lose and I think I'll be fine with this method, as it has worked well for me since the beginning of September, 2013. I just think using whole foods would make me feel better over-all, and wanted to make certain I was not doing something that could negatively impact my ability to lose weight.
