Default coffee creamer half and half

Hi all, I just saw this product in the supermarket... not sure if it is new or if I have just never seen it before. Do you think this could be an acceptable choice to put in coffee, used sparingly?

Simple answer: nope

It isn't on the sheet and it isn't 0/0/0 (carbs/sugar/fat)

Have you tried a bit of vanilla shake mix?
I just keep one mixed up in my fridge. Skim milk does nothing for me.

Just checked with my coach... She said it is ok to use once a day instead of skim milk but not to overdo it and stick with serving size! Lisa, I've only tried the premade vanilla in my coffee and didn't like it, do you find mixing up the powdered and using that tastes better??
