Thanks for trying help. Maybe the internal links are broken. I sent a message to the admin yesterday but haven't heard back from them. Very strange.

Something glitchy on a website? Oh, no that could never happen! /end sarcasm font

Seriously though, I hope they get it fixed. I know how excited I was to get my tracker!

The same thing happened to me so I just used one of the other sites to do a ticker instead of this one. Now it works, although the first one left some trash behind just above the new one. (See below) I'm just not the smartest person on a computer.

NSV alert: TWO people have noticed a change in me already! Well, one was DH, but the other was a coworker

I'm wishing I had pants like my daughter's -she is young enough that she has the cinches inside the waistband. I know a belt would accomplish the same thing, but with all this water I'm drinking I appreciate having the most streamlined approach as possible

Hi! I am in a lucky position at school, as I am about twenty feet from the teacher restroom. Another teacher or staff member is usually handy to keep an eye on my class for a moment. See if you can set up a situation like that. Explain to your admin that you are on a health program that requires you to use the restroom more often. Oh, and you do get used to it, at least I did. Let's just say my capacity is much greater than before IP!

Renee
I'm lucky I have a para and an aid, I work with special needs kids so we have lots of hands and we switch out. I try to go at any break but I usually take one or two potty breaks during class.

I like seeing this! I too am in search of the 199lbs or less day and I started about 14lbs heavier then you but its nice to see that in 2 months you've lost almost 36lbs... that lets me know that my goal for 3 total months and 50 lbs is totally attainable!

My coach said specifically to stay away from both of those! He said if you're going to drink that vodka in water with Mio is the lesser of the evils

I stayed OP for my first day. I haven't stuck to a plan that long in at least 2 years. I have to say I am so lucky that my family and close friends who know are behind me 110% on this. It made all the difference today.

I believe it may be this post by Lisa in this thread. I could be wrong but it was the only one I could find using site:3fatchicks ideal protein chocolate zucchini muffins. She (Lisa) mentioned it is in recipes #4 on here. HTH!

Thanks! It worked! I think I wasn't pasting the right thing into the right box. But when I saw what was left behind in yours, then it made sense. I was so bummed. I was really excited about getting this. It's the small things that do it for me.

AmberLS, I was not endorsing drinking wine spritzer or light beer, just thought that it was better that ie. vodka with diet soda. I believe that on this diet we do not get enough fat or calories to be able to handle alcohol appropriately. Mio also has artificial sweeteners so it could potentially make alcohol more potent.
