Default TMI about TOM... questions

Okay so I talked to my coach today and I understand that the diet causes hormones stored in fat to be released and can alter how your TOM happens and flow etc. however literally the next trip to the bathroom after I left his office I passed a golf ball size clot, is that normal too? Also the odor is different, and I didn't have the courage to ask about the odor cause my coach is a guy lol.

I have had pretty decent sized clots, too. I have also had multiple TOM's per month, even on BCP. It is frustrating, but also temporary.

That's good to know. I understand why it happens, but it's definitely good. I suppose it's good to get all those stored hormones out. I have major hormone problems anyway maybe that's why. I have noticed though that I'm less moody, less emotional, and my pms cravings weren't quite so bad.
