Hi all

I am going to meet with my IP coach on Monday. I'm super excited to finally lose weight for the last time. Browsed through the forums and there is so much great info. I have about 50-60 lbs to lose.

Hi Sapphire, welcome to IP! It is a program that works, if you follow the protocol. The beginning can be tough. Jump on the daily chat for great support from both new and veteran members, it is a great place to get information. Good luck :)

Welcome Sapphire - I was scared and excited too when I started. Now I'm just excited :) Get through those first few days and soon it will be habit. Enjoy your journey - and I totally agree with Slipfree, coming to these forums has been very, very important for me - much more so than my clinic coach. Welcome! This is seriously the best place for advice, recipes, support, and the whole package! I've been doing this for about 6 months (I started out with needing to lose over 150 lbs, and half way there so far) and this is where I come when I need to know something, or just want to vent or talk about the exciting moments!
