You can have caffeinated, you're just supposed to have an extra cup of water for each cup of coffee.
Coffee is dehydrating. Ketogenic diets are dehydrating.
I do the extra for both caff or decaf. But if I wanna sit around on a winter Saturday morning and have 3 cups of coffee, I will. I just counter it with water for each cup.
Most days I'm down to 1 c and I'm working toward black.
