I started taking a probiotic at night - the herbalist at Sprouts recommended one that wasn't too expensive, I also take a fiber powder iAvalon recommended (Yerba Prima) in a glass of water 2x per day, water 8 glasses a day MINIMUM, lettuce smoothies and a salad almost every day. Not sure which of the elements is doing the trick but things are moving better, I have better losses and I no longer take the magnesium citrate ( which my doctor did warn me about too many stimulants).
