I know it's been asked time and time again, but all the info is overwhelming

So far I have been buying the vitamins from my clinic. Can someone give me a list of alternative vitamins at GNC? All the comparing is confusing me thus stressing me out lol. Im moving, and starting from the ground up so Im trying to save as much as I can. I really appreciate everyone's help! :hug:

I just started back this past week & my clinic told me to buy Nature's Made said it was comparable to ideal. I did buy the Nature's Made omega 3 an found it at Target.
